Diomedics has been involved with a dialog with the FDA for the past few months concerning a Warning letter the FDA sent Diomedics back in May. The FDA has now issued us a letter stating that all of the requirements in the Warning letter have now been satisfied and we may continue to market all of our products. Diomedics has applied for FDA clearance of our new Blue/Purple treatment light to treat dermatological conditions. We expect approval by Dec. 31, 2007.
